Getting help

Use the support email action above for technical questions or help with Oflate. Briefly describe what you expected, what happened, and the steps leading to the problem. When useful, include the app version and build, iOS version, and device model.

Please do not send journal content, backup files, passwords, identity documents, or complete payment details. If more information is needed, you will be asked for it. Support is handled by email, and response times may vary. Provider contact details are available in the Legal notice.

Purchases and subscriptions

If paid access is not recognized, select “Restore purchases” in Oflate and make sure the device uses the same Apple account that completed the purchase. Restoring does not create a new purchase or charge you again.

Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Apple’s subscription settings. Apple also handles billing and refund requests.

Backups, exports, and restoring

Oflate stores your journal locally on your device. A backup file can be used to restore your journal in Oflate. A readable export is intended for viewing or using your information outside the app.

Backup and export files may contain personal journal content and are not separately encrypted by Oflate. Store them securely and share them only with destinations you trust.

Deleting content

You can delete your current Oflate journal content from within the app. This does not remove backup or export files you saved elsewhere, files you previously shared, or copies maintained by the operating system or another storage provider.

See the Privacy Policy for more information about deletion and technical storage limits.

App Lock and reminders

App Lock protects access to Oflate using your device’s authentication. It does not separately encrypt the app’s stored data.

Depending on your notification settings, reminder text may appear on the lock screen even when App Lock is enabled. You can control notification visibility in the iOS settings. If reminders are not delivered as expected, check that notifications are enabled for Oflate.

Sending feedback

The feedback action in Oflate opens an email draft that you review and send yourself. The draft may include basic diagnostic details such as the app version, build, iOS version, and device model. You can edit or remove these details before sending.

Use feedback for suggestions and product impressions. Information about how messages are handled is available in the Privacy Policy.

Accessibility help
